I’m a first-generation flower farmer with a deep love for growing beauty and sharing it with others. I built The Flowering Homestead on my husband’s family farm, adding my own floral touch to land used for livestock farming for over 25 years.

I started in 2020 with a simple curiosity that quickly turned into a full-blown passion. There’s something magical about growing a flower from seed, watching it bloom, and sending it out into the world to brighten someone’s day.

We grow in a semi off-grid space, without a well—so everything here is rooted in intention, patience, and care.

​

What started as a small vegetable garden grew into something more in 2021, when I planted my first cut flower garden. From that first season, I was hooked.

By January 2022, The Flowering Homestead officially became a business, and it continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I’m so grateful to share it with you.
